Changing Your City and the Fort Worth Police Department Partnering Together!
Recently we voted in a new president. Since he officially came into office, he has signed scores of Executive Orders (EOs). Although these orders are not laws passed by Congress, nevertheless they are legal and are enforceable as long as he remains in office.
Once he signs an EO, every federal department is required to carry it out. This is just like you, me and the rest of the Body of Christ. God, through His Word, has revealed His EOs.
However, His EOs are different than those of the world. His ways are different than being in the government, military or the police, where people are required to carry out their orders to their completion through their own efforts. Many of the EOs in the Word reveal what He wants to do through you.
Faithful is He who calls you, who also will do it.
1 Thessalonians 5:24 (MEV)
This verse contains a powerful revelation. Your calling is something God has shown that He wants to do through you, not what He wants you to do! In light of this, what kind of effort or works does the Bible reveal that you are to do?
Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may
work the works of God?” Jesus answered and
said to them, “This is the work of God, that you
believe in Him whom He sent.”
John 6:28-29 (NKJV)
Jesus is the word personified (John 1:1-2). You can’t separate the Word from Jesus. This is one reason why our prayer is so powerful and gets results — because the prayer is founded on the Word and His promises.
Your speaking out the prayer in faith, unleashes members of the Trinity to establish peace! Each verse in the prayer reveals something They want to do and are waiting for you to speak out. Your part is to speak it out, Their part is to bring it to pass.
